Instead, data11 encourages an internal communications marketplace, with telecoms companies vying to provide the best service for the largest number of customers.
Because we differentiate between rack provision and comms provision, you’re free to change between suppliers. You may even wish to maintain agreements with several suppliers for the purposes of redundancy.
